For over a century, Egyptology has agreed on one thing: the Great Pyramids of Giza were completed around 2560 BC. One man says the field is off by roughly 4,500 years — because he was there. The Florida Hypothesis is a documentary investigation into the true age of the pyramids, and into the extraordinary claims of the one man willing to say what the establishment won't: that the pyramids were built recently, by himself and another man named Chomps. Armed with firsthand testimony, a working knowledge of limestone, and receipts he is still locating, he walks us through the two-man construction effort that history somehow failed to record. Experts disagree. Chomps could not be reached for comment. The truth isn't buried in the desert. It's in Florida.
